What exactly is the Harsh Night game option?

Does it make the game harder or simply adds some extra kinks? Or something else?

I rather liked that stuff in the Falling Dark games so I decided to ask about it. :)

Strange that Steam did not accept this game, as there are kinkier games sold there.

Anyway, the game looks promising and interesting but the main reason why I'm a bit wary about purchasing it is due to my fear of purchasing EA games due to them so often getting abandoned.

Wouldn't it be better if the game was a bit shorter but actually finished in the first place? So many indie devs try to bite far more that what they can chew and while the game in their mind might be absolutely gigantic (which would take like half a decade to complete at the very least) they hardly ever have the strength to do so especially when its a really small group or (gasp) a single dev job.

If the game had an actual satisfactory conclusion but one that could be potentially continued with the same cast or cast related to the ones that appear in this game (or a spin off that happens in the same universe) then it would build some trust for the dev as one who actually finishes his games and not yet another dev who abandons the project midway.

Shorter but completed> Longer but forever unfinished IMO.

I see, btw is this game completed? I heard that the last chapter was not released and that the dev disappeared...is that true?

Does this version of the game here on itch.io includes a Steam key perhaps?

Got it, but since the vacations were stated in the beginning to be around 2 months long I expected that after said timer runs out we will see Michael and Sheila return home with behaviour and actions depending on which route was taken.

Instead there is no clear sign that the game is finally over and so one could mistakenly believe that there is still stuff left to do.

It would be cool if Sheila at least started treating Micheal differently after completing the game in each route like acting perverted/corrupted in the manipulator route and flirty/romantic in the romance route. That would be a great way to both make our choices look meaningful and to make it clear that the route is over as is the game content.

Anyway, congrats for this game. Had fun:)

I still hope that maybe a bit more content will be added. Would be great to corrupt Sheila a bit more. :)

And if adding more scenes with her was too difficult then how about making her react differently (different dialogue) to Micheal when talked to depending on how she is "normal", corrupted or in love. Its cool seeing how our actions affected their relationship.

One more question: Does this game have an ending/epilogue? I played for like 65 days and no end in sight. Would be great if there were like 3 endings depending on whether the romance or manipulation route was taken affecting the bond between Micheal and Sheila. Or none being completed in time resulting in a "normal"/"uneventful" ending instead.

Just food for thought if any content updates might be still on the table :)

Would be great as say, The Goodtown Mystery had around 90 animations and Housewife around 150 animations while Seashell Whispers "only" got around 30 animations.

Maybe even further Sheila corruption (like getting her to fuck other guys alongside Michael or engaging in animal deviancy like in theGoodtownMystery), getting the shopkeeper lady involed in a threesome and maybe some new voyeur scenes.

Just some ideas.

How to unlock the though "This what needs to be done"? Speaking of which I followed the guide for the manipulation path and it says that a thought "What have I done" should appear after using (all?) pinks events at home and continue them further but I get nothing of the sort. In fact there is only one same scene for both couch and kitchen events where Sheila gives a handjob (with the option to "hold it in" being unusable). I maxed the "sacrifice myself" though and there are no further talks between Sheila and the priest. I'm during the Ritual phase.

Pixel theme is pretty cool IMO it adds to the atmosphere!

Aside from my past problems with PayPal I'm also a bit wary of sending SMS through my mobile phone. I do not like giving my phone online. Maybe it sounds a bit silly/paranoid but...

Hmmm, so there any no plans for now to enable credit card purchase directly through a credit card without PayPal, right? Thats a shame.

Hmmm, would it be possible to add the option to purchase the game through a credit card instead of going through paypal? I had some troubles with paypal in the past plus purchasing via a credit card option like some games on itch.io offer is faster and easier IMO.

Thats a shame as I love RPGMaker games with a nice story,  decisions affecting the story and interesting characters. I purchased both this game and Moonstone Deep and I liked it. I hoped that there would be a satisfying conclusion to the story. I would be glad if you decided to finish it eventually. :(

Any estimates when Isla Feliz might come out? In Benjamin of the Blackstone Edge description it said that it would be released in 2020 but that is no longer up to date.
